Clean ups

These are some clean ups, needs to be done by someone and probably not me.

These should only begin once #8, #9, #10 and #11 and have had all their changes merged into the develop branch.

Imports

A lot of imports are duplicates and done within functions. I need someone to go through and extract them and place a single one of them (if they are duplicated) at the top of the D module file and then remove them from their original line.
