Normally you set a custom mountpoint and then have VLC stream to that mountpoint's URL, however I can just set the common mountpoint settings in my case as I will only ever have sone audio source streaming to my Icecast server.

The `"type"` attribute here is very important as it specifies that this mount is not a specific mountpoint but rather contains settings that should apply as the common settings or _default values_ for other mount points that are declared _or_ for ones that are automatically created (as is the case for ours).
