TypeChecker (unittests)
- Fixed up calls to `getBuiltInType(...)` which now require some `Container` to pivot on. We now pass in the `Program` - Fixed up unittests which used `getModule()`, for such uni-modular tests we just use `program.getModules()[0]` now
